Event Success Manager

EventMobi

• Serve as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to professional event planners and marketers • Lead customer onboarding and relationship-building to drive adoption and value generation • Guide customers through technical product training with hands-on enablement • Manage full-service event contracts end-to-end, overseeing multiple events • Lead proactive project management across the entire event lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences • Conduct regular customer touchpoints including strategy sessions and quarterly reviews

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning or coordinating professional B2B events
  • Demonstrated experience using event technology — registration platforms, event apps, or virtual event platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical event organizers
  • Top-notch organizational skills: you manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An empathetic, problem-solving mindset.

What You Will Do In This Role As the Event Coordinator at Inflect you will serve as the operational "glue" for Inflect’s industry presence, project managing and executing on 8-12 external and internal events per year across the globe.
