Events & Webinars Coordinator

RELX Group

• Supporting Research Marketing in-person events and maximizing presence at third-party partnership events to support marketing objectives • Assisting in planning, creating, and managing webinars, providing support to internal stakeholders • Collaborating with teams on event campaign creation and execution, including web, email, and social media • Handling logistical arrangements for in-person events, ensuring appropriate venue arrangements, sponsorship, and audiovisual setups • Supporting virtual conferencing and webinars, working with third-party vendors for successful delivery

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years proven experience in event management (B2B preferable)
  • Possess an education background in Marketing, Communication, or English
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team structure
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Some experience in budget management
  • Creative and innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking capabilities

What You Will Do In This Role As the Event Coordinator at Inflect you will serve as the operational "glue" for Inflect’s industry presence, project managing and executing on 8-12 external and internal events per year across the globe. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for a logistical mastermind who thrives on variety and precision. Who You Are Day-To-Day Responsibilities Overall project management of events. This includes: Developing and maintaining conference playbooks, including schedules, meeting overviews, venue maps, and logistical details Research & vetting of all events Evaluating conference opportunities based on attendee lists, speaking opportunities, and sponsorship tiers Participating in contract negotiation for all event requirements Tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution Managing and coordinating the complex logistics of our brand presence logistics, including shipping event swag or tools, and signage  to international and domestic venues Coordinating registration and badging for all attendees Securing hotel room reservations, conference spaces, and other logistics like local transport for the attending team members Collaboration with external event teams Post-event follow-up coordination, including logging contacts, leads, outcomes, etc. in Salesforce Conducting post-event reviews Admin to the EA of the CEO.
