• Research, identify, and prioritize ideal customer profiles and target accounts in key industries using LinkedIn, Similar web, databases, and other tools. • Conduct structured outbound outreach (cold calls, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and social touches) to senior decision-makers in target companies. • Arrange and confirm qualified discovery and demo video calls (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet etc..) for Account Sales Executives through manages shared calendars and ensure smooth handover and acceptance of the lead by the ASE. • Run high-volume daily activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, and social engagement, while maintaining quality and personalization standards. • Qualify prospects against clear criteria (e.g. size, use case, budget, timeline, fit) and create detailed lead/opportunity records in the CRM. • Nurture early-stage prospects with follow‑up sequences, sharing relevant content and answering basic product and crypto-payments questions to move them to next steps. • Collaborate closely with ASE’s, and Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, campaigns, and feedback from the field. • Maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene: log all activities, keep contact data accurate, update deal stages, and ensure visibility of pipeline. • Prepare regular reports on KPIs such as meetings booked, opportunities created, conversion rates, and outbound activity levels. • Continuously test and optimize messaging, sequences, call scripts, and channels to improve connect and meeting-booked rates. • Occasional participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other business events.
Job Requirements
- Strong English (B2+), with excellent written and verbal communication and confident phone presence.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and goal‑oriented, comfortable working to daily/weekly activity and pipeline KPIs.
- Demonstrated motivation to build a career in the organisation, with openness to taking coaching and feedback.
- Experience as SDR/BDR/Inside Sales in SaaS, fintech, or payments;
- familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools;
- interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
