Role Description Our ideal Elite Partnership Account Executive are dynamic individuals who are passionate about developing relationships with local/independent restaurant owners and helping them maximize their online presence in today’s digital world. This role is designed for proven, top-performing sellers who have consistently operated at the highest level and want to be rewarded accordingly. - Own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach through close - Work to establish strong relationships with our top partnership accounts - Focus exclusively on new business acquisition using a consultative, value-driven approach - Hold 1–4 virtual meetings per day, demonstrating the SpotHopper platform and tailoring solutions to operator needs - Partner closely with Customer Success post-sale while maintaining accountability for deal quality - Set the standard for performance, professionalism, and execution on the sales team Qualifications - 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS, marketing, or high-velocity full-cycle sales roles - A documented history of top performance—President’s Club, Summit Club, leaderboard finishes, record months/quarters, or similar recognition - A top performer and extremely hard worker in terms of prospecting and generating pipeline - Self-directed operators who thrive with autonomy and take full ownership of their territory and results - Highly competitive, disciplined, and resilient in a remote setting—this role is for people who expect to win - Those who have worked in or sold to the service industry before, please include this on your resume Requirements - Comfort owning complex conversations with small business owners and confidently guiding them through a consultative sale - Occasional travel to regional partnership events Benefits - Base- $90,000 - OTE- $175,000-$200,000+ - Performance based equity options - $100 monthly stipend for operational expenses - Healthcare, vision, dental, and life insurance - 401K matching - Unlimited time off (conditional on quota attainment) - All Account Executives receive a $500 monthly dining stipend to spend on any and all local restaurants

• Reach out to bar and restaurant owners in markets throughout the US • Work with your Account Executive to prospect top restaurants across the country • Gain practical sales experience interacting directly with customers • Receive mentorship from Account Executives with years of sales experience • Attain valuable insight and knowledge of the inner-workings of a successful tech and marketing startup • Research restaurants in markets across the US to find potential clients
• Own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach through close • Focus exclusively on new business acquisition using a consultative, value-driven approach • Spend significant time in the field meeting face-to-face with restaurant and bar owners • Hold 1–4 in-person meetings per day, demonstrating the SpotHopper platform and tailoring solutions to operator needs • Manage and dominate a defined territory (roughly a 45–60 minute radius, territory-dependent) • Partner closely with Customer Success post-sale while maintaining accountability for deal quality
