• Own end‑to‑end execution—from scoping and task‑template creation through annotation, model‑pipeline setup, QA, and deployment hand‑off • Coordinate cross‑functional teams: engineers, annotators, data scientists, GTM leads, and client stakeholders • Build & automate workflows: create Asana projects; script Python / SQL jobs for metrics and QC checks • Track & report KPIs: timelines, throughput, quality, margin, and resource utilisation—dashboards in Looker, Power BI, or Streamlit • Drive continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks, run retros, and implement SOP updates that scale to the next project • Maintain artefacts: SOWs, RACI charts, risk registers, and knowledge‑base pages that keep the team aligned
Job Requirements
- 5+ years managing technical projects or operations in AI data, or software domains
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows (JIRA, Asana, Linear, or similar)
- Proven record of delivering projects with distributed or remote‑first teams
- Comfort translating between technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Project‑management excellence: scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder comms
- Lightweight scripting: Python or similar for automation, data manipulation, and report generation
- SQL & dashboards: query data warehouses and build KPI views
- Tool savvy: familiarity with annotation platforms (Label Studio, Labelbox) and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Process mindset: design SOPs/playbooks and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
