Analista de Infraestructura, IT

Zurich Insurance Group

• Planificación, diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de la infraestructura de red de la compañía. • Garantizar la seguridad y el rendimiento de la red. • Gestionar la resolución de las solicitudes e incidentes reportados por las diferentes áreas sobre las diferentes soluciones de red, telecomunicaciones, video conferencias y Firewall. • Gobernar todo el ciclo de soporte, gestionando cada uno de los niveles de resolución, incluidos los proveedores de telecomunicaciones, manteniendo una comunicación permanente con la Región. • Mantener las métricas respectivas respecto a los niveles de servicio establecidos.

Job Requirements

  • 3 años de Experiencia en diseño y configuración de redes para tareas de operación y administración de equipos de comunicaciones y gestionando protocolos de red y tecnologías de red.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos y servicios.
  • Conocimiento del stack TCP/IP / Ethernet.
  • Conocimiento en administración de dispositivos Palo alto.
  • Conocimiento en Switching: CISCO, VLAN, Qos, RSTP, ACLs
  • Conocimientos en IP Routing: CISCO3850 o similares, VRRP, OSPF, PIM-SM
  • Conocimientos en Azure Cloud (Networking)
  • Gestión de red: SNMP v2/v3
  • Seguridad: Firewall, VPN, IPS
  • Experiencia en Sistemas de Radiofrecuencia y Señales
  • Habilidad para planificar y coordinar.
  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas / electrónico, estudios en Ingeniería de informática, o afines
  • Deseable Certificaciones en Tecnologías de la Información como Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
