• Manage end-to-end process of matching clients with industry experts • Provide direct consulting support to global corporate clients • Lead renewal discussions to maximize client activation and retention • Develop new client relationships within Japan/Korea • Contribute to innovative projects and process improvements
• Monitoring and supporting day-to-day finance operations within the company, such as invoicing and accounts payable; • Chasing clients for invoices, maintaining AR levels, projections and workings, detailed reconciliations and decoding some complex audit trails. • Maintaining proper entries of expenses, bills and updating internal records. • Manage the ERP and book closing, working with external accountants and auditors. • Liaising with accountants, payroll vendors for compliance, TDS, accounting and regulatory filings. • Supporting in direct and indirect tax matters, filing GST returns, IT returns, calculating and confirming monthly/ quarterly/ annual returns. • Preparing weekly/ monthly/quarterly reports with 100% accuracy and sharing them with stakeholders directly. • Performing any special duties/projects as assigned by Manager.

• Resolve expert payment issues quickly and effectively, collaborating with the Client Solutions team to ensure effective and timely solutions while managing competing priorities • Work with Finance to ensure timely, accurate payments, managing documentation and categorization with a focus on detail and deadlines • Keep experts updated on payment status, adapting to changing priorities and handling multiple inquiries efficiently • Track and manage expert inquiries through Zendesk, responding promptly and professionally while staying flexible to workload fluctuations • Assist with expert registration and onboarding, ensuring a smooth process while adjusting to new procedures when necessary • Follow internal SOPs, making updates as required based on changes in processes or regulations • Deliver exceptional customer service by staying composed in stressful situations, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring professionalism in all communications
