• Handle complex new and renewal domestic Construction Casualty accounts • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the team • Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and rating annual rules • Develop, maintain & collaborate with Line of Business representatives on referrals and other business-related needs, as appropriate • May provide guidance to lower-level associates • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors (agents & brokers) in support of business retention and acquisition • Work with customers and distributors (agents & brokers) to determine their insurance-related needs and provide solutions • Support the sales culture by being a Help Point for agents, brokers, and customers • Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities • Complete detailed opportunity assessment with key distributors to identify growth opportunities • Qualify accounts to meet with the organization's appetite, balanced with sound business opportunity • Make broker/customer and on-site calls with a planned and well-prepared purpose

• Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with INSIS capabilities. • Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. • Configure and support solutions within INSIS PAS and/or BLC. • Design functional solutions that align business requirements with system capabilities. • Create functional specifications, process flows, business rules, user stories, and SIPOC diagrams. • Support product configuration, policy administration processes, and billing processes within INSIS. • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and support interface validation activities. • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for business users and stakeholders. • Participate in solution design sessions and proof-of-concept initiatives. • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution activities. • Assist clients in understanding and adopting INSIS business processes and functionality. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex insurance transformation initiatives.

• Consult, advise, and lead learning projects where technology is critical • Execute UWU’s tools training strategy • Create testing plans and conduct project content tests • Lead, define, and facilitate Underwriting University technology and underwriting projects • Evaluate tools’ practical applications to improve content quality, efficiency, engagement, and measurement • Report progress against the plan to UWU and stakeholders • Create high-level design and collaborate on content design

• Represent the commercial insureds of a prestigious and financially stable commercial insurance carrier • Prepare and try high complexity, high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases • Conduct pre-trial discovery, prepare legal pleadings, perform initial investigation and legal analysis • Collaborate with the claims adjuster and develop case strategies • Ensure customer service to clients by proactively communicating information

• Work the most complex claims involving multiple causes of loss • Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts • Analyze applicable coverage for claims and determine if losses fall within the coverage • Assist in training lower-level adjusters • Complete Quality Assurance type reviews • Handle claims on specialty crops as designated • Work claims of 508H crops • Collaborate with the national training team
