Role Description At Adaptive, we are revolutionizing diagnostic testing by delivering precise, timely, and actionable insights to healthcare providers and their patients. As part of that mission, we are seeking an Integration Engineer to support EMR and LIS integrations across our clinical network. This role partners with internal teams, external vendors, and healthcare organizations to deliver and maintain reliable EMR and LIS integrations supporting ordering, results delivery, and clinical data exchange, and owns the technical strategy and integration architecture across a portfolio of customer integrations. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying HL7, FHIR, and API-based interfaces and workflows, including establishing reference architectures, standards, and guardrails that drive global process improvements across integration initiatives. This includes analyzing and mapping healthcare data, validating interoperability, and troubleshooting issues to improve stability across systems and reliability across the integration portfolio. Expertise with Mirth Connect is required. This role also collaborates with product and engineering teams to support live integrations, enhance automation, and optimize performance as Adaptive expands its data connectivity footprint. These collaborative partnerships require the role to demonstrate subject matter expertise as the primary technical function for our integration portfolio and related systems.
