Role Description We're hiring a hands-on Security Analyst to own the day-to-day of our security program across endpoints, cloud, and identity. You'll monitor, investigate, and respond to threats while serving as the first point of contact for employees with security questions. This role has real ownership. You'll operate within established guidelines with appropriate oversight, but the day-to-day security operations are yours to run. We're looking for someone who takes that seriously, someone who can distinguish signal from noise, escalate when it counts, and handle their domain with consistency and care. We're a technical team that moves fast and expects its people to keep up. We want someone who is genuinely curious about how things work, stays current without being told to, and brings ideas rather than waiting for them. What You'll Do - Daily & Weekly - Monitor and triage Microsoft Defender alerts across endpoints, identity, and cloud - Review Intune/MDM compliance dashboards, validate endpoint patch status, and follow up on non-compliant devices - Monitor Azure Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, and Entra ID for anomalous activity - Handle front-line employee security questions and requests - Monthly - Review access to protected systems and validate permissions remain appropriate - Perform abuse screening per established runbook - Execute web application security scans and document findings - Verify Conditional Access policies are operating as configured and investigate any drift - Review and adjust web filtering rules and endpoint traffic controls - Prepare security metrics reports for leadership - Surface process and tooling improvements to your manager - Quarterly - Coordinate vulnerability scanning with our third-party security partner; triage results, brief Engineering on findings, and drive remediation to closure within SLA - Support compliance evidence collection per compliance team direction - Annually - Own coordination of our penetration test: scoping, scheduling, stakeholder liaison, and remediation tracking - Support the annual audit evidence collection process Qualifications - 3–5 years in a hands-on security operations role across real enterprise environments - Demonstrated experience across the Microsoft Defender suite: Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Cloud - Working knowledge of Intune/MDM for endpoint compliance - Experience with Azure security services: Azure Policy and Entra ID (Conditional Access, PIM, audit logs) - Familiarity with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps - Experience supporting compliance programs - executing control tasks and contributing to evidence collection - Strong collaborator - someone peers and stakeholders can rely on - Genuinely curious - you follow threads, ask why, and don't stop at the surface Education - We prefer a Bachelor's degree in a technical field but will seriously consider candidates with an Associate's degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience. - Military cybersecurity experience is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft certifications: SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500 - Experience with web application security scanning tools - PowerShell or Python for log analysis and automation Work Environment You'll be the dedicated security analyst on an eight-person technical team, working closely with the compliance team, Engineering, IT, and our external security partners. Occasional availability outside business hours for security incidents is expected.

You can autonomously handle lead generation and setting up new meetings. You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant fields is preferred - 1-2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience - Experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions -OR- selling product/services to enterprise healthcare companies is strongly preferred - Experience with prospecting, cold calling, customer outreach via phone and email, utilizing CRMs (preferably HubSpot), etc. - Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a quota/metric-driven sales environment - Confident making sales calls and communicating effectively with prospects via phone - Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Documented track record of success against sales KPIs and quotas or other performance metrics - Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Experience documenting results and knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Additional Information - This is a hybrid position consisting of both on-site and remote/virtual work. - Candidates must live in/near the Greater Indianapolis area and be willing and able to work from our Indianapolis office 2 days per week. - Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. - #LI-HYBRID

This role focuses on building scalable marketing programs with partners—specifically within the TSD channel (Technology Services Distributors and Trusted Advisors), Consulting Firms, ISV/Technology Partners, and Ecosystem Collaborators—to amplify our storytelling, accelerate awareness, and fuel GTM efforts through shared audiences. This role will be critical to partners driving net-new revenue for Authenticx. This individual will work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Strategic Relationships, and RevOps to ensure that partners are enabled with the right content, messaging, and marketing programs that reflect our value and differentiation. Success in this role requires strong marketing foundations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Co-Marketing Strategy Build and execute Authenticx partnership marketing strategy aligned with GTM priorities and target verticals. Develop co-marketing programs that elevate awareness and demand (webinars, content series, campaigns, events, PR support, etc.). Manage the partner calendar, messaging alignment, and yearly strategic planning for collaborative marketing efforts. Content & Enablement Work with Product Marketing to develop partner-ready content: Co-branded collateral and one-pagers Case studies and customer stories Platform overview decks Competitive overviews and intel Partner playbooks and messaging guides Ensure partners have up-to-date materials to accurately position Authenticx. Campaign Development & Execution Launch and manage joint marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinar programs, social amplification, and event activations. Coordinate partner involvement in conferences, industry events, and thought-leadership opportunities. Track and report campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, contribution to pipeline via influenced demand). Partner Program Operations Maintain a high-quality partner resource hub with up-to-date content and brand guidelines. Support communication flows to partners, including newsletters, product updates, and marketing announcements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales and Strategic Relationships to align partner marketing with field needs and GTM goals. Partner with Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, and Leadership to ensure those departments are aligned in supporting and building relationships with Authenticx partners. Bring partner insights and market feedback into the broader marketing strategy. Brand Expansion Through Partnerships Identify opportunities within partner ecosystems to increase brand visibility and authenticity in the marketplace. Manage co-speaking engagements, podcast features, association content partnerships, and industry spotlight opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Healthcare, pharma, or payer industry experience. Experience with partner ecosystems, association marketing, or co-marketing programs. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern MarTech tools. Background in field marketing or event-based marketing collaborations. Work Environment & Travel Remote/virtual role with occasional travel for partner events, conferences, or internal alignment sessions. Travel approximately 5-10 times per year, depending on business needs.
