• Preparing, processing, and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time • Managing daily billing activities using the company's billing system • Reconciling invoices with customer statements and maintaining accurate financial records • Handling billing exceptions, adjustments, deviation from estimates (DFEs), and exception payments • Responding to client billing inquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies • Maintaining accurate client account information and billing milestones • Supporting account reconciliations and collaborating with finance colleagues to ensure timely payments • Reviewing billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness • Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures • Collaborating with internal teams to improve billing processes and operational efficiency • Building positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Supporting audits and contributing to continuous process improvements • Utilizing digital tools and AI solutions to improve billing efficiency where appropriate

• Managing confidential administrative tasks on behalf of the CEO • Preparing and managing contracts using PandaDoc • Supporting payroll preparation and freelancer payment administration • Maintaining employee holiday and PTO records • Preparing and organizing monthly invoicing processes • Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities • Handling personal and business correspondence on behalf of the CEO • Proactively identifying and taking ownership of recurring operational tasks • Maintaining and organizing internal documentation and workflows • Keeping administrative systems updated within ClickUp and Google Workspace • Coordinating with team members when necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Supporting additional operational and administrative responsibilities as trust and responsibility grow over time

• Owning the full post-sale customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell activities • Serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across Europe • Supporting clients during onboarding and ensuring smooth data collection across online and offline media channels • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CMOs, Media Directors, Marketing Effectiveness Leads, and agency partners • Translating Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) results into clear, actionable media and business recommendations • Leading recurring strategic reviews, executive presentations, and business performance discussions • Advising clients on media investment decisions and measurement strategies • Coordinating with internal data, analytics, and product teams to ensure successful client outcomes • Monitoring account health, identifying growth opportunities, and driving retention and expansion • Supporting renewal discussions and commercial growth within existing accounts • Acting as the voice of the customer internally and contributing to product improvement initiatives • Educating clients on measurement methodologies, attribution concepts, and media performance best practices

• Owning Meta media buying across multiple DTC brands, including campaign setup, testing, scaling, and budget management. • Monitoring and analyzing daily performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks. • Managing and optimizing key funnel metrics including CPA, ROAS, CVR, and AOV. • Identifying funnel drop-offs and prioritizing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. • Collaborating with creative teams by providing performance-driven feedback and testing recommendations. • Analyzing offers, bundles, pricing structures, and upsell opportunities to improve customer value and profitability. • Monitoring attribution and tracking systems to ensure accurate performance reporting. • Working closely with founders to develop and execute growth strategies. • Proactively identifying problems and implementing solutions with minimal supervision.

• Building and launching the first MVP of the platform in collaboration with the founders. • Developing both user-facing and admin-facing workflows and interfaces. • Integrating and utilizing LLM APIs for summarization, classification, and content generation. • Building data ingestion pipelines from public and third-party data sources. • Designing and implementing onboarding flows and user preference management features. • Creating admin tools for reviewing, editing, approving, and managing content. • Making pragmatic technical decisions and helping shape product direction. • Working with incomplete specifications and rapidly iterating based on user feedback. • Maintaining and improving the platform after launch as the product evolves.

• Lead the strategic growth of digital media platforms across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and WhatsApp • Scale audience reach, engagement, and platform performance through content and distribution strategies • Oversee editorial planning and narrative positioning within macroeconomics and financial markets topics • Coordinate content production workflows and media operations • Monitor analytics, KPIs, and growth metrics across all channels • Lead and coordinate content, production, and research teams • Conduct regular KPI and performance reviews • Optimize platform-specific growth strategies and audience acquisition • Identify and evaluate emerging media trends, platforms, and AI-powered content tools • Maintain operational discipline and consistency across all media channels

• Reconcile bank transactions and match expenses with receipts/invoices • Organize and prepare accounting documentation for the external accountant • Support bookkeeping processes directly in DATEV when needed • Ensure monthly financial records are complete and accurate • Act as the main operational contact for the accounting firm • Prepare and send client invoices based on internal reports • Track incoming payments and maintain receivables overview • Follow up on unpaid or overdue invoices • Track supplier invoices and payment deadlines • Prepare payment runs for founder approval • Maintain organized records of outgoing payments and obligations • Maintain financial tracking and cash flow overviews • Prepare monthly financial summaries (revenue, costs, outstanding invoices, cash position)

• Maintain and improve the existing Shopware-based e-commerce platform • Work with plugins (installation, configuration, debugging, customization) • Implement new features and technical adjustments • Identify and resolve bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks • Optimize UX and conversion-related flows • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Work within an existing codebase and continuously improve system quality • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders in a remote setup

• Handle escalated customer support cases from first-level support • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally • Communicate with customers via email and ticketing systems • Investigate issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems • Monitor recurring issues and suggest process improvements • Support optimization of customer service workflows • Work closely with management on operational and service improvement
