• Review of contracts and documents; • Preparation of legal opinions and monitoring reports for the portfolio; • Analysis and monitoring of legal proceedings; • Drafting procedural documents and pleadings; • Deadline tracking and management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Law;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Minimum of 1 year of prior legal practice; proven experience in debt recovery/collections is a plus;
- Intermediate knowledge of legal management tools, such as legal software and legal technology;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strategic and proactive mindset.
