Job Description

Junior Associate Attorney – Temporary

Ramos Benedetti Advogados

• Review of contracts and documents; • Preparation of legal opinions and monitoring reports for the portfolio; • Analysis and monitoring of legal proceedings; • Drafting procedural documents and pleadings; • Deadline tracking and management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Law;
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior legal practice; proven experience in debt recovery/collections is a plus;
  • Intermediate knowledge of legal management tools, such as legal software and legal technology;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strategic and proactive mindset.
