Role Description The Epic Senior Software Engineer strives to improve the user experience by implementing and/or enhancing applications of high complexity/enterprise wide cross functional programs or projects. They perform application build and configuration management functions or work directly with Software Development Engineers by writing technical specification documents for development, perform testing, and/or perform configuration management for the implementation, enhance or upgrade solutions on premise or in a cloud hosted environment. The Epic Senior Software Engineer acts as a subject matter expert in design, configuration and building on multiple projects, engaged in enterprise wide projects. The Senior Software Engineer leads efforts on documentation that describe processes and procedures relating to the solution and transition operational support to Technical Analysts. Job Responsibilities - Business Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Develop detailed technical specifications and solution designs to implement these improvements. - Agile Development & Collaboration: Lead and actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospective). Collaborate effectively with business analysts, scrum masters, QA analysts, product owners, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful projects. - Software Development & Deployment: Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end DevOps solutions using .NET, Java, and other relevant technologies. Write code and scripts to enhance or customize processes. Proficient in languages like Java, C#, Python, Angular, Spring, and scripting languages. - Data & Analytics: Leverage expertise in Microsoft BI software (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), Blackbaud CRM SDK (Infinity SDK), and analytics tools (SRSS, PowerBI, Tableau) to analyze data and inform solution development. - Documentation & Communication: Document and demonstrate solutions through clear and concise documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and code. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability. Debug and resolve issues that arise during testing or production. - Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure all implementations comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards. - Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers or team members. Conduct training sessions to share best practices and knowledge on used tools and techniques. - Production Support & On-Call: Support deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in on-call rotations as needed. Qualifications - Epic Willow Ambulatory (Retail) experience and/or certification is required. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a senior-level Healthcare environment. - 5+ years of experience working in IT as a Software Engineer or equivalent software development role is required. - 2+ years of experience with the Infinity SDK for Blackbaud CRM is preferred. - 2+ years of experience writing reports for Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is preferred. - 2+ years of experience using Brightvine's Data Loader is preferred. - 2+ years of experience using Zuri's Velocity is preferred.

• Design and build AI-powered agents using Salesforce AgentForce • Configure and manage: Agent Builder Topics Actions (Flow, Apex, API-based) Prompt Templates Channels & deployment configurations • Implement end-to-end agent workflows integrating Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) • Develop custom Apex logic and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend agent capabilities • Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs • Apply prompt engineering best practices for performance, tone, safety, and accuracy • Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance using Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer • Define scalable AI architecture within Salesforce ecosystem • Implement data governance and security policies for AI-driven workflows • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Business Stakeholders • Follow DevOps best practices using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines • Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for customer-facing and AI-enabled SaaS products and core platform capabilities. • Drive high-quality product development, balancing speed, reliability, security, and scalability. • Partner closely with Product Management to ensure engineering execution aligns with business outcomes and customer value. • Provide executive-level oversight for AI-enabled capabilities, while maintaining a strong foundation in core SaaS engineering practices. • Guide organizational design, scaling plans, and technical investment decisions. • Be a visible, inspiring leader in the Polish engineering community, helping attract senior engineering managers, directors, and principal engineers. • Build a high-performing leadership bench, coaching engineering managers and directors for long-term growth. • Build a culture where teams take ownership, operate with accountability, and continuously improve engineering practices. • Act as a senior engineering leader for Poland, helping shape the long-term vision, operating model, and growth strategy of the site. • Strengthen our presence within the local and regional tech ecosystem through networking, hiring, and employer branding.
