Sales Specialist I

• Deliver key brand messages in the territory, aligned with the agreed strategy. • Contribute to the development of the territory tactical plan by providing market and local territory insights, in line with the product brand plan. • Use available market data to define the action plan for your territory. • Manage required administrative activities (expense notes, marketing/field insight reports, call reporting). • Operate in compliance with Regeneron regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines. • Participate in local, regional, and national meetings as required. • Work collaboratively with alliance partners, contributing to shared objectives.

  • Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills, with a value-based focus.
  • Strong scientific and technical knowledge, with the ability to deliver disease and concept selling activities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to individuals or groups, adapting the message to the audience.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the development of territory tactical plans.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/CRM tools.
  • Degree (or equivalent qualification) and 5 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical representative (or equivalent role), with hospital-level activity.
  • Experience in the biologics market is a plus.
  • Experience in Dermatology and/or experience working with or engaging hospital paediatricians is a plus.
