Division Sales Manager

• Supervises the sales and operational performance of multiple branches • Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction of Motion Industries • Collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities and improve operational effectiveness • Plans, organizes, allocates resources and directs the day-to-day operations of the division under the direction of the Division VP • Covers all aspects of sales, account management, training, and sales support • Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals • Creates action plans to penetrate new markets and cultivate customer relationships • Performs other duties as assigned • Assists in leading the sales strategy and growth plan for a Division set by the Division VP
Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- 5 to 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination
- Exceptional level of drive and passion for results
- Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to coach and provide feedback to direct reports
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Good driving record required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
