Water Treatment Sales/Service Representative
Tidal Vision
• Support existing business based in the territory through regular service visits to account sites • Identify and develop new client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals • Travel 1-2 nights per week within territory to various sites including but not limited to: food and beverage wastewater sites, pulp and paper sites, mining etc. • Educate customers on water quality issues and recommend appropriate treatment solutions • Support installation and startup of treatment equipment and chemical feed systems in rendering/food/beverage/heavy industrial environments • Must be able to work in unpleasant odorous environments • Prepare and present proposals and close sales • Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical sales/service experience in water treatment
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed
- Travel 1-2 nights per week within territory
