Associate Director – Rail
AECOM
• Support the Head of rails and EC senior management in delivery and operations. • Help build up and grow the headcount of the India team. • Interview, select and onboard the right candidates. • Lead the team supporting Rail projects. • Identify appropriate solutions to a wide range of projects, including promoting innovative ideas. • Collaborate with other senior management to formulate strategy for Business Continuity and requirements. • Enhance communication channels between businesses, support functions and management. • Oversee the adoption of new technology solutions in the businesses. • Regularly report to senior management about performance and issues and suggest improvements.
Job Requirements
- Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- More than 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in Rail Market – overall.
- Knowledgeable in rail design services, associated regulations and technical standards.
- Experience in the UK, UAE, US, Canada, Middle East (preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of the Rail sector.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A strong managerial acumen and familiarity with business administration principles.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Must have leadership skills/ability.
