Director, Support Services – DEXIS

• Drive initiatives focused on operational excellence and growth within DEXIS commercial organization • Lead strategic customer experience projects and launch new offerings • Collaborate with commercial team to review performance and quality metrics • Manage projects to deliver continuous improvement • Track customer issues to resolution and ensure quality and satisfaction • Collect internal and external VOC to identify improvement areas • Monitor KPIs of customer care and service performance • Implement policies and procedures for world-class service

Job Requirements

  • 4-year college degree
  • 5+ years of previous leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Service with customer-focused performance metrics
  • Intermediate Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with revenue generation and performance metrics
