• Act as the Technical Solution Architect Lead for high‑profile, complex projects. • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions aligned with organisational strategy. • Produce high‑level and detailed design documentation (HLD/DLD) to guide development teams. • Provide expert direction to developers, database designers, and technical architects. • Develop and maintain architectural artefacts, reference models, and technical designs. • Create documentation that maps relationships across people, processes, data, technology, and external environments. • Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, quality, and data integrity standards. • Champion innovative approaches to application architecture and lifecycle management. • Work closely with SMEs, suppliers, and stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications. • Contribute to the evolution of architecture processes, improving delivery capability and project outcomes. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, shaping technical direction and influencing decision‑making.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years architecting and developing low‑code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Model‑driven & Canvas Apps
- Power Pages/Portals
- Dataverse
- Power Automate
- Power Virtual Agents
- SharePoint
- Background in SharePoint and/or Dynamics consultancy and development.
- Strong understanding of managed solution deployment and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Experience leading large, multi‑phase project implementations across the full lifecycle.
- Proven ability to identify technical gaps and propose practical solutions or workarounds.
- Degree in IT, software development, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 (Solution Architect level or equivalent).
