• Operate and maintain the DevSecOps platform. • Develop custom GitHub Actions for automation and compliance. • Expand platform capabilities based on FDIC needs. • Provide CI/CD pipeline support to developers. • Review security findings and assist with remediation. • Interpret business models, system models, and technical diagrams. • Create architecture specifications, class diagrams, and object models. • Provide strategic technology guidance and end-to-end solution delivery. • Design and manage enterprise technology frameworks. • Act as the primary technical escalation point for team leads. • Research emerging technologies and best practices. • Implement NIST 800-53 controls and support ATO reassessments. • Build Splunk dashboards and alerts for monitoring and security.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Terraform expertise for Azure resources and AKS clusters.
  • Experience architecting and hosting Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Deep knowledge of GitHub Enterprise, JFrog (Artifactory/X-Ray), and SonarQube.
  • Experience implementing NIST 800-53 controls and supporting ATO processes.
  • Strong Splunk dashboarding and alerting skills.
  • Experience managing Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows self-hosted runners.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to triage and prioritize backlog work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) (Preferred)
  • Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) (Preferred)
  • Desired: CISSP and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
