• Your goal is to further expand our successful fleet leasing business. • From your home office, you will ensure intensive support for the dealers in your region and drive the full-service leasing business with commercial customers. • You act as the interface between the dealerships and our central specialist departments. • You support the manufacturer's brand dealers in business operations and in acquiring new commercial customers, and advise them on daily processes. • At the same time, you optimize service processes and service quality. • You also continuously train and support your dealers in the use of our online calculation/quotation tool.

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial/business training, ideally related to the automotive trade, or a comparable qualification, plus several years of sales experience.
  • Preferably practical experience in commercial automotive retail.
  • Solid product knowledge in leasing / full-service leasing.
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills.
  • Consulting orientation with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Flexibility and a pronounced motivation to perform.
  • Dynamism and self-initiative to work proactively from your home office.
