Talent Sourcer
Move
• Build, nurture, and manage proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, focusing on high-impact, hard-to-fill, and future-facing roles. • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, talent pools, and skill clusters; translate findings into actionable insights for recruiters and hiring managers. • Design and calibrate sourcing strategies for critical and niche roles, continuously refining approaches based on market signals, funnel metrics, and hiring team feedback. • Identify and engage passive candidates across multiple channels to run personalised outreach campaigns that reflect brand and values. • Leverage expert-level sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence tools, applying advanced Boolean, persona-based sourcing, and competitive mapping strategies. • Use modern AI tools, prompts, and sourcing automations to increase efficiency and improve quality of hire; stay current on emerging recruiting technologies and bring relevant innovations into day-to-day sourcing practices. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate ideal candidate profiles, and influence stakeholders using data-driven recommendations. • Monitor and report sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, source effectiveness, time-to- slate) and use insights to optimize processes, tools, and channels. • Manage multiple concurrent pipelines across technical and commercial functions, ensuring timely delivery of qualified shortlists while maintaining excellent candidate experience. • Champion Core Competencies by demonstrating a customer-focused mindset, accountability for outcomes, transparent communication, operational excellence, and collaboration across regions and functions. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Industry experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on technical and commercial roles.
- Experience sourcing and attracting passive talent across global markets in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Proven track record designing and executing sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, scraping, sourcing tools (SeekOut, HireEz, or similar), and talent intelligence tools (LinkedIn talent insights, Draup, Gem, or similar).
- Expertise in advanced Boolean search, persona-based sourcing, and data-driven competitive mapping for conducting talent market analysis.
- Strong understanding of modern recruiting technologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools and CRM/ATS automations (SourceWhale, Gem, data scraping, CSV exports, and imports, delivery rates).
- Excellent communication skills to work with executives and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-growing, and highly matrixed global environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and occasionally attend in-person meetings or events.
