Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Deep hands-on experience designing and delivering analytics solutions using Talent Acquisition data
- Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and systems
- Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization
- Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, and programming languages like Python or R
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, HR Analytics, Business, or related field

Role Description The part time Clinical Recruiter - Outreach Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting clinicians and clinical sites to support AMO’s medical, PA, and nursing education programs. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship-building, and guiding prospects through the recruitment process until handoff to program operations.
