Associate Product Manager

• Take products from first idea to launch, creating plans and documents along the way • Write clear instructions that help engineers and designers know exactly what to build • Use user research to find the real problem before jumping to solutions • Track how products perform using data dashboards like Metabase • Work with QA to make sure features work properly before launch • Talk to users to understand what confuses them and what they need • Run small tests to compare different ideas and see what works better • Keep everyone updated on progress and prepare teams for new launches

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience
  • A University degree
  • Comfortable looking at data to make decisions
  • Able to work with different teams and explain ideas clearly
  • Experience at a fast-growing company is a plus but not required
  • Based in Lagos, Nigeria
