Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Design Tools

Learneo

• Lead the evolution of the creation suite from MVP to a flagship QuillBot product—driving the roadmap, success metrics, and user experience. • Own the end-to-end user journey for visual creation—from ideation to layout to export. • Partner with engineers, designers, marketing, brand, SEO and researchers to turn text and ideas into adaptive, multimodal outputs. • Define and validate workflows, templates, and design systems that make non-designers feel like creators. • Collaborate closely with the Writing and Chat product teams to ensure seamless handoffs between idea, draft, and design. • Use data, research, and product intuition to balance user delight, technical feasibility, and business impact. • Lead a cross-functional pod toward measurable outcomes—traffic, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building/growing creation or design-centric products.
  • A track record of taking consumer-facing tools from 0→1 or 1→N, ideally with products in the creative or productivity space.
  • Experience in AI-assisted or automation-heavy workflows—text-to-image, auto-layout, or generative creation—is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of UX for creative tools and empathy for non-technical users.
  • Strong design sensibility—you understand layout, visual hierarchy, and what makes creation feel effortless.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfort working with analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design, engineering, marketing, and leadership.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and annual bonus
  • Medical coverage
  • Life and accidental insurance
  • Vacation & leaves of absence (menstrual, flexible, special, and more!)
  • Developmental opportunities through education & developmental reimbursements & professional workshops
  • Maternity & parental leave
  • Hybrid & remote model with flexible working hours
  • On-site & remote company events throughout the year
  • Tech & WFH stipends & new hire allowances
  • Employee referral program
  • Premium access to QuillBot

At Playlist, life's richest moments happen when people step away from screens to move, connect, explore, and play. We're building the definitive platform for intentional living, connecting people with inspiring experiences in fitness, wellness, and beyond. With popular brands like Mindbody and ClassPass, Playlist empowers businesses and individuals, making it effortless for aspirations to become actions. Join us in reshaping technology's role to foster meaningful, real-world connections. Mindbody equips wellness entrepreneurs with technology to support thriving businesses and create exceptional experiences. Innovation and curiosity drive our culture, connecting businesses and individuals through cutting-edge solutions. Join us if you're passionate about enhancing wellness through technology. The Team The fitness and wellness industry is built on consistency and transformation, but it’s challenged by high churn due to seasonality and the ebb and flow of human motivation. At Playlist , we are building the "Motivation Engine" for this industry. Our goal is to help businesses seamlessly attract new clients, convert them through high-value trials, and turn them into lifelong advocates. We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the charge in evolving our current point solutions - messaging automation, AI chatbots, and sales pipeline tools - into a single, unified, world-class CRM. The Role and Responsibilities This is a player-coach position designed for a leader who loves the craft of product management as much as the art of people leadership. You will be responsible for both the high-level strategy of our growth ecosystem and the hands-on execution of our next-generation CRM. Team Leadership (Coach): Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers. You will hold a high bar, help them think bigger, push their creative boundaries, and navigate complex product challenges to improve our existing automation and sales tools. Product Execution (Player): Directly lead a dedicated squad to envision, build, and launch a unified CRM. You’ll take three separate solutions and weave them into a seamless experience that drives client retention. GTM Collaboration: Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to package, price, and position the CRM solution for maximum market impact. Cross-Functional Integration: Work with other product and platform teams to ensure the CRM is deeply integrated into the broader Playlist ecosystem, creating a frictionless experience for both business owners and their clients.
