- An innovative approach to product development-transitioning from waterfall to an iterative, fast-feedback learning loop, using AI-driven workflows for idea generation, prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Proven ability to craft a clear product thesis, define success metrics (product and business), own KPIs end-to-end, and communicate a cohesive product vision through compelling storytelling to internal and external audiences.
- A track record of success operating in complex, cross-functional, global environments.
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to break down complex products into clear architectures, modular building blocks, and scalable execution layers.
