Junior Graphic Designer

• Create marketing materials such as social media graphics, ads, banners, email visuals, and presentation assets. • Support product‑related design needs, including UI mockups, feature visuals, and in‑app graphics (light‑weight, not full UI/UX role). • Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints. • Produce clean, consistent, and on‑brand designs with quick turnaround times. • Edit short‑form videos for marketing, product explainers, and CEO content. • Use tools like Filmora (preferred) or similar beginner‑friendly editing software. • Add captions, transitions, overlays, and basic motion elements to enhance video quality. • Repurpose long‑form content into short clips for social platforms. • Work closely with the CEO on content creation needs (e.g., thought‑leadership videos, announcements, product updates). • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets on time. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or related creative roles (internships and freelance work count).
- Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Working knowledge of Filmora or similar video editing tools.
- A portfolio showcasing design and video work (required).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
- Must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and maintain consistent overlap with the team.
