You'll work directly with client teams to translate complex problems into well-designed, production-ready software—from initial concept through deployment and iteration. This role sits at the intersection of consulting and engineering: you'll spend as much time understanding the problem as you do writing the code. We're a small, senior team that ships quickly, takes ownership end-to-end, and treats AI-assisted development as a core part of how we work—not a novelty.
