• Work on a wide range of projects, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative designs • Obtain input from the team to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent our firm, its internal and external clients • Work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team to meet internal and external milestones and deadlines, which may include multiple simultaneous assignments • Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that elevate design capabilities • Collaborate with multiple teams across the firm and take written or spoken ideas or concepts and convert them into designs • Continuously seeks out new trends and software design applications • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity and protect the branding • Leverage best practices for content management

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • A portfolio showcasing samples of work products
  • Expert knowledge of current design software and skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final delivery
  • 3-8 years of experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with expertise in PowerPoint and Keynote; experience producing renderings or 3D visualizations is a plus (SketchUp)
  • Experience working on proposals within the AEC industry is highly desired
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime and travel as needed
  • Desire to stay up to date on latest design trends
  • Collaborate effectively with teams from concept to execution
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
