Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Long-Term Business Strategy Specialist to join our U.S. Strategy team and help drive key business priorities across the organization. In this highly visible role, you will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, governance, and business performance management. Leveraging strong analytical, storytelling, and organizational skills, you will transform complex information into actionable insights, executive-ready presentations, and meaningful business recommendations that help shape the future of NHSc. Important Note: Preference will be given to candidates located near our Arlington, VA or Bridgewater, NJ offices to enable meaningful in-person collaboration with key stakeholders when needed. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will partner closely with senior leadership (Directors, Vice Presidents, and the U.S. Leadership Team) to: - Drive governance and accountability across strategic initiatives. - Develop executive-level presentations, reporting, and business communications. - Build and manage performance-tracking tools, dashboards, and key business metrics. - Support cross-functional strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis. NHSc U.S. Presentation & Storytelling Support: - Coordinate the development and delivery of high-impact presentations led by the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Directors, including business cycle reviews, CEO presentations, and other executive communications. - Analyze complex data sets and translate key findings into compelling, actionable insights and executive-ready presentations. - Develop and maintain a library of templates, graphics, and visual assets to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality of presentations. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data visualization, storytelling, digital tools, and emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance ways of working. - Conduct rigorous quality reviews to ensure the accuracy, clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of presentation materials. Business Performance Tracking & Analytics: - Build and manage recurring performance reporting that provides leadership with clear visibility into brand, business, and strategic performance. - Develop and maintain dashboards and performance-tracking tools (e.g., KPI scorecards, Power BI dashboards) to monitor key business, operational, and financial metrics. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively communicate actionable insights to leadership. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting and analytics processes through digital tools and technologies, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and consistency. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Projects: - Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, business analyses, and special projects. - Serve as a key connector across functions, fostering alignment, collaboration, and execution against critical business priorities. - Support leadership in evaluating strategic opportunities, monitoring progress, and driving organizational objectives forward. Experience & Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution required. - Experience developing and consolidating executive-level presentations and complex data analyses for senior leaders. - Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI assistants) to enhance analysis, content development, and productivity while ensuring accuracy and business relevance. - Proven ability to lead complex, strategic projects and drive initiatives from concept through execution. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly, persuasively, and effectively to diverse audiences. - Prior experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or a related field is preferred. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling, visually engaging, and executive-ready presentations. - Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools to develop dashboards and deliver actionable insights. - Strong attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for visual design, formatting, and presentation quality. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #LI-KO1 The approximate pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $115,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
