Content Operations Specialist

• Support the marketing team in digitalizing the energy industry • Automate marketing processes and optimize the lead funnel • Implement and optimize lead-generation and nurturing flows in HubSpot • Create dashboards and reports for data analysis • Plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns • Maintain and develop the website in Webflow, including SEO implementation • Produce content for ads, landing pages, print materials and emails • Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with colleagues from Content, Sales and Design
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Business, Data, Communications or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Growth or Content Operations — B2B experience is a plus
- Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot and Webflow (or comparable tools)
- Knowledge of paid-ads platforms, web analytics tools and design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage
- Analytical thinking — focused on funnels, numbers and processes
- Experience in strategic copywriting or campaign development
- Confident in creating performance-oriented copy for ads, emails or websites
- Fluent in English and German
- Ideally, initial experience or a strong interest in renewable energy
