La figura si occuperà di gestire i servizi di supporto avanzato per le infrastrutture Cloud Native, dei nostri clienti, coordinando gli interventi del team di L2 Cloud Native Support Engineer, definendo le corrette priorità e monitorando lo stato di andamento dei ticket. Agirà anche da punto di riferimento per clienti enterprise, garantendo risoluzione rapida di incidenti critici, ottimizzazione delle performance e miglioramento continuo dei processi di supporto. **Ruolo e responsabilità ** - Coordinare il team di L2 Cloud Native Support Engineer nella gestione di ticket complessi, escalations e root cause analysis su stack cloud native - Monitorare SLA/KPI del servizio, definendo piani di miglioramento e reportistica per stakeholder interni ed esterni - Gestire la relazione con figure di business e team devops dei clienti - Gestire on-call rotation, capacity planning e knowledge sharing interno - Agire da terzo livello di supporto interno per la gestione dei ticket più critici o a complessità più elevata - Agire da Technical Account Manager (TAM) per alcuni clienti ed ambiti tecnologici selezionati - Garantire disponibilità a coprire turni di reperibilità
Job Requirements
- Cerchiamo un/a professionista con comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di Cloud Native Support Engineer con una forte propensione verso le attività di gestione del team ed ottimizzazione dei processi. ******Il profilo ideale possiede: **
- Esperienza (>2 anni) in attività di Service Management o affini (es. Technical Project Manager)
- Esperienza (>2 anni) dei principali tool di infrastructure-as-code (es. Terraform, Ansible), preferibilmente con certificazioni
- Esperienza (>3 anni) in strumenti di containerizzazione (es. Docker, Podman, Buildah, Cloud Native Buildpacks)
- Esperienza consolidata come amministratore o sviluppatore di applicazioni in ambienti basati su Kubernetes (es. Kubernetes, K3s, Rancher), preferibilmente con certificazioni CKA
- Conoscenza di strumenti per il monitoring di infrastruttura Cloud Native quali Stack Elastic (Kibana, Logstash, Beats), od in alternativa stack Grafana (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Promtail)
- Conoscenza approfondita degli standard di Service Management o Project Management, o certificazioni associate (es. PRINCE2, ITIL, FitSM, AgilePM)
- Costituiscono titolo preferenziale certificazione o esperienza dimostrabile in: **
- Esperienza consolidata con uno o più dei principali Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM) in particolare su servizi di Kubernetes gestito (es. Tanzu, EKS, AKS)
- Conoscenze delle metodologie di Continuous Delivery e Continuous Integration
- Competenze con uno o più degli strumenti di CI/CD (es. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), anche in ambito Cloud Native Continuous Delivery (es. Keptn, Flux, Argo, Tekton)
- Conoscenza di strumenti per la gestione delle automazioni infrastrutturali - IaC - (es. Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Conoscenza di strumenti per la gestione di Service Mesh (es. Istio, Kuma o Linkerd)
- Conoscenze di Cloud Native networking (es. services, ingress controllers)
- Conoscenze di Cloud Native storage (es. Container Storage Interface, controllers, offerte di servizi di storage dei principali Cloud provider ed uso in ambiente Kubernetes)
