• Help drive the implementation of high-scale e-commerce solutions • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Implement and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B/B2C) to enhance online storefronts and user journeys • Configure and integrate CPQ workflows, pricing logic, and product catalogs • Build and maintain complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft • Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship on Salesforce best practices and platform security

• Own and develop relationships with German-speaking partners across the DACH region and wider Europe. • Build a strong understanding of each partner’s business model, customer base, service portfolio, infrastructure environment, and commercial objectives. • Develop and execute structured partner growth plans focused on retention, adoption, upsell, and cross-sell. • Identify opportunities to expand the use of Virtuozzo products, services, capacity, and platform capabilities. • Manage renewals and support commercial discussions related to contract scope, product usage, and future growth. • Monitor partner health, satisfaction, engagement, usage, revenue performance, and churn risk. • Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs with partner stakeholders. • Ensure partners understand the value, roadmap, and commercial opportunities available across the Virtuozzo product portfolio. • Support partner onboarding, product adoption, new service launches, and expansion into additional environments or locations. • Coordinate complex partner needs across Technical Account Management, Support, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales. • Ensure escalations are handled with clear ownership, communication, and follow-through. • Identify recurring commercial, operational, or product challenges and ensure the right internal teams are engaged. • Maintain accurate forecasting, renewal information, opportunity tracking, and account plans in Salesforce. • Prepare regular reporting on partner activity, risks, opportunities, revenue, renewals, and next steps. • Bring structured partner feedback into Product, Marketing, and technical teams. • Support partners in strengthening their own cloud, hosting, infrastructure, or managed-service offerings. • Represent Virtuozzo professionally in partner meetings, virtual events, and industry discussions.

What You'll Do Become a member of a highly-collaborative engineering team offering a unique blend of engineering solutions. Serve as the cloud SME to clients within design, architecture, and deployment engagements in the AWS, Azure, or GCP space using automated orchestration and configuration management techniques. Mentor junior team members by reviewing their work, sharing best practices, and guiding them through troubleshooting and operational standards. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools, scripts, and processes that enhance service delivery, repeatability, and client outcomes. Perform as a partner with leading Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and enterprises to meet security goals and pave the way for digital transformation and modernization. Design and implement security tooling solutions such as Tenable, Trend Micro, AquaSec, Microsoft Defender, Burp Suite and others. Engage in developing client cloud and security strategies, vision-state architectures, roadmaps, and planning activities. Engage with clients to perform cloud configuration and maturity reviews. Coordinate with clients and team members to identify the right balance of defense-in-depth techniques to translate customer’s goals into a secure and effective solution. Engage in designing and implementing secure and compliant enterprise servers, network infrastructure, boundary protection, and cloud architectures using Infrastructure-as-Code. Work across a myriad of technology stacks in the leading cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP, researching how to understand and utilize native services in deployments. Provide support to the security assessment and authorization process. Authoring and peer review of detailed design documentation, including security documentation and inclusive of vendor best practices.
