IT Digital Manager – Systems & Integrations

• Administer and maintain ATS, CRM, communication, and operational platforms • Manage user permissions, roles, and access controls • Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary • Maintain documentation and internal system standards • Build and maintain integrations between ATS, CRM, Slack, email, payroll, and productivity tools • Configure triggers, automations, and workflow logic • Monitor integration failures and resolve sync errors • Improve handoffs across Sales → Recruiting → Onboarding → Account Management • Reduce manual processes through automation • Analyze operational workflows and identify inefficiencies • Implement technology solutions to streamline operations • Standardize processes across departments • Support scaling operations without adding administrative overhead • Ensure data consistency across platforms • Maintain reporting dashboards and operational tracking • Support leadership with reliable business metrics • Implement best practices for data hygiene and usage • Manage authentication policies and user access security • Maintain backup and recovery procedures • Monitor system usage and permissions • Support compliance and data protection practices

Job Requirements

  • 5 years managing business systems, integrations, or operations technology
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, or recruiting/HR tech platforms
