Job Description

Senior Program Manager, Mobile FPS Creator Program

Aftershock Media Group

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, acting as a liaison between AMG and the client. • Utilize internal AMG teams to ensure contract deliverables are completed on time, within budget and satisfaction of the client. • Ensure that clients feel confident at all times that AMG will meet and exceed their expectations for service and products. • Organize and participate in campaigns and events to build community and boost brand awareness. • Manage workflow by outlining all project deliverables, assigning specific deliverables to the appropriate team members and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion. • Execute high-level creative oversight of program direction and brand messaging to meet client goals.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years working in the gaming industry in a related role.
  • Related roles include Program or Project Management, community management, talent management, or other creator-related activities.
  • Experience within a fast-paced agency or gaming environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to motivate and effectively lead teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to captivate and engage stakeholders and clients through exceptional presentation delivery.
  • Ability to interpret content analytic data and online community engagement metrics.
  • Ability to solve problems relating to time management, and lead your team on the right course.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • BONUS: Strong Spanish Proficiency
