• Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages • Develop and maintain interpreter relationships across the global population • Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Global Talent Manager to increase interpreter engagement • Achieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the department • Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards • Using the ATS system, effectively manage candidate applications and flow

Job Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Detail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related field OR equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in a high-volume recruitment role
  • Previous experience working in a metrics driven environment
  • Previous experience working in the language services industry a plus
