• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive translation revenue growth. • Utilize a consultative sales approach to communicate an executive-level vision of how Propio’s solutions deliver value, demonstrate strong commercial acumen, understand client business needs, and align services to address those needs. • Prepare and develop customer tender documents and RFP responses, ensuring clear scope definition, realistic expectations, and successful bid outcomes. • Engage prospects and clients quickly to assess requirements and uncover potential opportunities. • Conduct meetings and deliver tailored solution presentations, including detailed project plans and cost estimates. • Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to support business growth and strategy. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and the broader industry landscape. • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally to close opportunities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned.

• Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages • Develop and maintain interpreter relationships across the global population • Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Global Talent Manager to increase interpreter engagement • Achieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the department • Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards • Using the ATS system, effectively manage candidate applications and flow

• Develop strategic plans to promote account growth and identify new business opportunities within existing and new divisions of assigned client’s company. Leverage and engage with the relevant people to further develop business opportunities. Close sales to generate new revenue according to agreed targets. Achieve and exceed sales quotas for both team and self, ensuring accurate and regular reporting of metrics and performance deliverables. Ensure proactive communications to Manager and the Executive team. Serve as the senior, central point of contact for liaison between selected external clients and internal operations/production team to develop account to generate additional revenue. Lead, develop, and coach assigned team to identify and successfully maintain existing revenue and generate new revenue on existing accounts while ensuring metrics are met and continuously exceeded. Provide technical, business and operational support to the sales team to support strategy planning, presentations, sales calls and preparation of RFP’s to ensure future revenue pipeline for account management. Manage and mitigate business risk to existing business streams for assigned clients; develop and deploy mitigation strategies and solutions with operational support.
