• Responsible for the analysis, design, build, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of pharmacy-related clinical systems. • Acts as the liaison between Pharmacy, IT, and vendors. • Evaluates and recommends system enhancements, performs production maintenance, leads testing, and documentation efforts. • Collaborates with stakeholders to assess needs, develops solutions, provides proactive user support, and ensures timely delivery of project work.

• Main concierge pertaining to Patient/Self Pay collections • Help patients understand self-pay regulations • Accurate communication and conflict resolution • Handle patients without insurance and balances after insurance

• Maintain certification in primary EHR module (if applicable) and demonstrate proficiency across multiple applications. • Independently lead workflow demonstrations and functional presentations for users and stakeholders. • Perform advanced system configuration, build, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and project initiatives. • Act as a mentor and resource to Application Analyst I staff, supporting decision-making and prioritization. • Manage and resolve complex tickets across multiple modules, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. • Lead end-user training sessions and cross-functional meetings, including collaboration with IT and help desk teams. • Develop strong understanding of cross-functional systems, workflows, and upstream/downstream impacts. • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and interface teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

• Accountable for production support, high availability of supported systems, project management, process improvement, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. • Responsible for evaluating department policies and procedures and recommending solutions to upper management. • Part of IT retention plan, giving analysts a career path/opportunity to further develop skills within IT.

• Perform a variety of duties related to the information technology applications. • Assist with design, development, system configuration, implementation and support of information systems for the organization. • Plan development, training and evaluation of application functionality. • Work with the team and key customers to ensure appropriate development training and implementation of application functionality. • Maintain certification in assigned EHR module or application (if applicable) and demonstrate system functionality to end users. • Configure, support, and troubleshoot assigned applications or modules. • Develop and document workflows, workflow changes, and data flow diagrams related to assigned application(s). • Accurately document and manage tickets using approved tools and methodologies. • Develop and execute testing scripts; create and maintain knowledge base articles, tip sheets, and end-user documentation. • Participate in end-user learning sessions, meetings, and training activities.

• Serve as the Workday expert for Talent Acquisition and Core HCM, driving system optimization, compliance, and user experience excellence. • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards. • Recommend and implement best-practice design across Workday HCM and TA modules; maintain configurations and system setup. • Design, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes with a focus on data protection, regulatory compliance, and performance. • Demonstrate deep, hands‑on expertise across all Workday TA business processes—from Candidate Engagement through Hire. • Partner closely with HR, IT, TA leaders, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design enhancements, and drive continuous improvement. • Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions with precision, scalability, and user experience in mind. • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions or system enhancements. • Document configurations, business processes, and standards for training, communication, and audit readiness. • Provide guidance, support, and training to HR, TA teams, and HR Technology colleagues. • Participate in Workday projects, including module implementations, optimization initiatives, and release cycle updates. • Operate independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, adapting to shifting priorities. • Maintain expertise in Workday release cycles, adopting new features and functionality where impactful. • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills to advance TA performance and efficiency.

• Responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing and recommending changes in support of assigned applications/systems including ongoing production maintenance and trouble-shooting. • Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems. • Leads and/or coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures. • Participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution in relation to assigned projects. • Provides go-live support and serves as primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and trouble-shooting.
