• help us hire the people who will propel DuckDuckGo's mission of raising the standard of trust online. • create a positive experience for everyone who engages with our hiring process. • partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fair, high-functioning interview processes that result in exceptional hires. • coordinating the logistics of our hiring process: responding to candidates, scheduling interviews with stakeholders across time zones, assigning test projects to reviewers, and processing project payments. • partnering with hiring teams to reduce bias, raise the quality of hires, and improve the efficiency of our hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a coordinator or similar administrative role.
  • Ability and willingness to handle multiple complex, repetitive tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adjust quickly to changing circumstances, and maintain effectiveness under pressure.
  • Problem solver who can streamline tasks and processes, with proficiency in project management tools, and quickly learns new systems.

Qualifications - Proven experience leading a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team in a tech-driven environment. - Strong background in data-driven recruitment and recruitment analytics. - Hands-on experience managing high-volume, complex hiring projects. - Demonstrated success hiring senior leaders and C-level executives in the tech sector. - Solid experience with international hiring, ideally including the United States and Middle East. - Experience working closely with HR and People teams beyond recruitment alone. - Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and the importance of post-offer engagement. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including close interaction with C-level leaders. - A proactive, structured, and resilient mindset—comfortable in a broad, stretched role within a scaling organization. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
