Assist World
• Assist with overall digital marketing strategy and execution • Prepare marketing assets (graphics, banners, landing pages, funnels) • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns • Assist in building marketing pipelines • Coordinate content publishing across platforms • Build, manage, and optimize Zapier workflows, CRM automations and API integrations • Assist with automation mapping (marketing, operations, onboarding, CRM) • Troubleshoot automation issues and propose improvements • Build automated funnels across platforms like Wix, Calendly, Suitedash, etc. • Build new site pages and update existing pages • Manage site structure, internal linking, and page performance • Implement SEO basics (titles, meta tags, keywords, speed optimization) • Troubleshoot website issues • Maintain plugins, integrations and dashboards • Build funnel pages and custom functionality inside Wix • Receive raw content (videos, text, audio, outlines) • Edit and turn content into structured course modules • Build full courses inside online platforms (Kajabi, Wix, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar) • Add worksheets, quizzes, templates, checklists • Upload and organize learning materials • Conduct keyword research and basic competitor analysis • Optimize website pages for search visibility • Ensure all digital assets follow SEO-friendly structure • Assist with content improvement and ranking opportunities

Role Description We are searching for our next Programmatic Buyer to join our One Marketplace team in a full-time TEMPORARY role that runs through June.
