• Liderar diretamente três Product Marketers, garantindo alinhamento estratégico, clareza de prioridades, profundidade técnica e coerência na disciplina de Product Marketing entre as soluções • Atuar de forma hands on no desenvolvimento, posicionamento e evolução das soluções transacionais da BU ID&F, assegurando integração contínua com as equipes de Produto, Pricing, Vendas e Marketing • Gerar inputs estratégicos para a evolução das soluções, identificando melhorias, oportunidades de expansão e novas ofertas a partir de análises de mercado, concorrência, tendências, métricas internas e feedback de clientes • Influenciar o roadmap em parceria com Product Managers, garantindo que iniciativas priorizadas estejam conectadas ao potencial de mercado, ao impacto econômico e às necessidades dos clientes • Contribuir para a definição de preços, modelos comerciais e empacotamento das soluções, cocriando com Pricing e Produto estruturas escaláveis, competitivas e alinhadas à proposta de valor • Empacotar soluções e estruturar ativos reutilizáveis, assegurando que playbooks de lançamento, materiais comerciais, mensagens-chave e narrativas estejam consolidados, atualizados e padronizados • Criar, evoluir e padronizar frameworks e processos de go‑to‑market, garantindo consistência, governança e eficiência na execução de lançamentos atuais e futuros • Definir e zelar pelas mensagens‑chave e pela proposta de valor das soluções, garantindo coerência em todos os pontos de contato: apresentações comerciais, conteúdos, campanhas, eventos e posicionamento público • Desenvolver e conduzir treinamentos estruturados para times comerciais, especialistas e áreas correlatas, fortalecendo a escalabilidade do conhecimento e reduzindo custo de aquisição • Colaborar com o time de Marketing na construção e execução de campanhas, iniciativas de awareness, materiais de conteúdo e ações de geração de demanda alinhadas ao posicionamento estratégico das soluções • Atuar como guardião do alinhamento entre visão técnica, narrativa de mercado e estratégia comercial, promovendo conexão fluida entre stakeholders internos e assegurando tomada de decisão embasada.
Job Requirements
- Inglês avançado
- Vivência prévia em marketing de produto, produto, inteligência de mercado ou GTM, especificamente em mercado B2B em empresas de tecnologia, SaaS, fintechs ou dados
- Vivência prévia na liderança de pessoas com atuação hands on
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
- Perfil colaborativo, curioso e com visão de dono, confortável para lidar com múltiplas frentes e stakeholders de diferentes níveis
- Boa capacidade analítica, de organização e de tradução técnica em valor de negócio
