Director, EMEA/APAC Marketing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy aligned to global priorities and regional revenue goals • Partner closely with EMEA and APAC Sales leaders to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and support account-based motions • Own regional demand generation programs including events, field marketing, campaigns, partnerships, and digital initiatives • Own the success of the regional BDR function, partnering with Sales leadership to set strategy, drive performance, and ensure consistent pipeline creation and qualification • Localize global messaging, positioning, and content to resonate with regional buyers and markets • Analyze regional performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI to continuously optimize programs • Manage regional marketing budgets and forecast spend against impact • Build, mentor, and lead regional marketing talent and agency partners as needed • Serve as the voice of the region to the global marketing team, providing market insights and feedback that inform global planning, messaging, and investment decisions

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on regional or international markets
  • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue impact in EMEA and/or APAC regions
  • Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuance, and localization best practices
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with field marketing, ABM, and integrated demand generation programs preferred
  • Prior experience in SaaS, CMS, or composable or DXP ecosystems is a plus
  • Experience working in an AI-forward environment, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools and technologies as a core part of day-to-day work, problem-solving, and continuous learning
  • Some travel is required
