• Own product problems end-to-end: from understanding user needs and defining hypotheses to validating solutions and delivering impact. • Build and evolve core EduQa platform modules across the full stack with scalability and maintainability in mind. • Validate assumptions and measure outcomes using data and analytics. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure platform impact. • Contribute to architectural decisions and AI foundations to enable faster, higher-quality development. • Participate in discovery sessions, spikes, and high-impact initiatives that move EduQa toward its global vision.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with solid engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with both frontend (React or similar) and backend (Ruby on Rails or similar) technologies.
- Strong product engineering mindset: you own problems, think about impact, validate with data, and make product decisions.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to prioritize trade-offs and deliver solutions across the stack.
- Comfortable working in English for daily communication and cross-company collaboration.
- Nice to have: Experience contributing across the stack as a fullstack engineer.
- Nice to have: Experience working with AI tools in software development.
- Nice to have: Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
