Required Qualifications - 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in an engineering management or tech lead role. - Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup/tech or B2B SaaS environments. - Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and Python; ability to review code and provide meaningful technical guidance in both languages. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms — Microsoft Azure or AWS (or both); familiarity with cloud-native architectures, services, and cost optimization. - Experience with Generative AI, including working with LLMs, model training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI-powered features in production. - Demonstrated ability to manage and lead distributed, international teams effectively across time zones and cultures. - Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies; hands-on experience managing sprints and backlogs in JIRA. - Strong command of GitHub workflows including branching strategies, pull request reviews, and CI/CD pipeline management. - Track record of building and maintaining highly performant, resource-efficient production systems. - A proactive mindset toward technology adoption — you stay current with the latest tools, frameworks, and AI research and bring those insights to the team. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical concepts to non-technical leadership. Nice to Have - Experience with MLOps platforms and AI/ML deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI agent frameworks. - Prior experience working directly with a CEO or C-suite in a startup setting. - Background in SaaS product development.
