Training Services Account Specialist 3 The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Training Services Account Specialist to join us in the Canadian market (Bilingual in English and French Canadian strongly preferred). In this role, you will work in a designated sales territory and collaborate with the area sales manager and Red Hat sales associates to execute sales activities for the Services team. You'll be responsible for managing a services business lifecycle from pre-sales through program delivery, including leading sales cycles, preparing project approach documents and proposals that include business and technical requirements as well as the appropriate solutions, schedules, delivery times, and cost. You will work with Red Hat's sales associates to guide consulting sales opportunities from qualification to closing, while managing all assigned projects and resources. The main objectives for this role are meeting bookings and revenue goals. As a Services Account Specialist, you'll need to be able to articulate the value Red Hat Services can deliver for customers. A tailored enablement path will be provided for the successful candidate. The successful candidate will be classified as a remote associate and will be expected to travel to meet with customers frequently. The Training Services Account Specialist 3 exercises good judgment and is responsible for working independently with minimal instruction whilst making sound decisions to resolve moderately complex training sales and customer issues. This role proactively manages customer relationships, identifies and develops new training opportunities within existing accounts, and contributes to the development of training plans. The Training Services Account Specialist 3 plays a key role in driving training sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws What You Will Do - Grow your territory and diversify your business - Accurately and consistently provide bookings and revenue forecasts for your territory - Manage bookings and revenue goals across all practices; meet margin and use targets - Collaborate with teams to design and implement complex, effective and high-impact solutions for Red Hat's customers - Value sell solutions focused on delivering customer value - Ensure successful delivery of programs - Grow territory revenue base on a quarterly basis - Manage escalations without supervision - Negotiating Red Hat master services agreements and statements of work (SoWs) with customers and the Red Hat Legal team - Proactively manage customer relationships, identifying and addressing training needs. - Develop and present training proposals to customers, outlining solutions and associated costs. - Manage the entire sales cycle for training offerings, from prospecting to closing. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, services) to develop and implement training plans for key accounts. - Analyze training sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
