• Provides sourcing services (RFP, RFI, RFQ) to our clients based on predefined service levels • Managing 7-12 simple and/or intermediate projects simultaneously • Support teammates on various sourcing activities as assigned • Once a project request is received, recognize if there are missing requirements • Perform due diligence and validation, follow up with the requestor to obtain further project details • Gather and summarize bid requirements, prepare bid package and publish to suppliers using an eSourcing tool • Follow instructions contained in a category strategy card and other available Intellectual Capital regarding which suppliers to use • Research and identify suppliers as required • Analyze proposals submitted, prepare summaries, and present back to the client in a concise manner • Project documentation (e.g., creating project folders, spend and savings documentation and validation)

• Lead strategic negotiations with RX manufacturers (including generics and, if applicable, the parallel import segment) • Build, maintain and further develop long-term supplier partnerships in the German market • Proactively drive market, manufacturer and portfolio developments and moderate annual and pricing/terms discussions • End-to-end responsibility along the value chain — from the supplier side to the end-customer and supply perspective • Develop and implement a structured negotiation and cooperation framework to scale and standardize supplier collaboration • Manage and oversee contracts, purchasing terms and commercial agreements while taking complex regulatory requirements into account • Develop multi-year RX procurement and partnership strategies in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• support the efficient execution for managing, preparing, and analyzing contracts and procurement agreements for CAHSR. • Applies knowledge and utilization of both efficient procurement processes, market research, and good business management. • Utilizes innovative cost and time efficient strategies in decision-making in the acquisition process. • Formulates the contracting approach that will satisfy the requirement. • Determines the type of contract best suited to the requirement, developed by the appropriate special clauses and terms and conditions applicable to the solicitation. • Performs cost and price analysis for all negotiations and supporting documentation for price fair and reasonableness determinations. • Maintains liaison with the contractor to interpret contractual obligations and provide problem resolution under the direction of the Contract Manager. • Coordinating with legal, finance, and other departments ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Implementing contract management policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement. • Monitoring contract execution to ensure obligations are met, while maintaining detailed records of contract documents and communications. • Providing training and guidance on contract-related issues to teammates/staff. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal CAHSR policies and regulations. • Prepares, maintains and reviews purchasing files, reports and price lists. • Prepares purchase orders and sends copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. • Responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations in a timely manner. • Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.

• Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps. • Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs. • Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans. • Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets. • Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance. • Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost.
