• Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our Finance systems. • Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments. • Act as a trusted advisor for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver best-fit solutions. • Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables and sharing your expertise to help the team grow. • Drive continuous improvement by analysing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best-practice ERP solutions.

• Shape the product vision and roadmap for our Agentic AI platform, translating strategic AI ambitions into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and practical platform capabilities. • Create a strong platform experience for internal users by understanding the needs of engineering, data, AI, and business teams and turning them into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. • Drive the development of core platform capabilities around LLMOps, MLOps, AI gateway administration, observability, governance, and secure AI enablement. • Partner with engineering teams to improve the way we build and operate platform services, including Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. • Bring structure to a fast-evolving AI platform landscape by defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, prioritising opportunities, and helping teams move from ideas to real impact.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team of approximately 8 people, providing clear guidance, structured coaching, and continuous upskilling opportunities while setting goals, defining ownership, and building scalable team structures for long-term success • Drive the strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding with a focus on scalability, automation, quality, and operational excellence • Use KPIs, business reviews, and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and steer strategic initiatives with measurable impact • Own the seller onboarding experience (NPS) from a high-level perspective and prioritize initiatives that create the strongest business value • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success to improve processes end-to-end and enable sustainable marketplace growth

• Design and scale Microsoft Entra ID Governance by implementing Access Reviews. • Engineer secure workload identity services by automating the lifecycle of Service Principals, certificates, secrets and federated credentials. • Design and implement modern self-service capabilities for Service Principals, Entra Groups and delegated administration. • Review and optimize Azure RBAC, Entra RBAC, application permissions, Microsoft Graph permissions and OAuth consent models. • Build identity monitoring and detection capabilities to proactively identify expiring credentials, permission misuse and guardrail violations. • Support the automation of Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes with HRIS as single source of truth for identity.

• Shape the future of our enterprise hybrid cloud network by designing highly available Azure networking solutions that support business-critical services across Azure, GCP and on-premises environments. • Design next-level monitoring solutions using KQL, Azure Workbooks, Alerts and Azure Connection Monitor to proactively detect anomalies, monitor ExpressRoute connectivity and identify business-critical issues before they become incidents. • Modernize our network security architecture by analyzing and challenging existing designs, implementing Azure Firewall Premium capabilities, refining our Network Security Group strategy, enhancing micro segmentation, evolving our environment towards enterprise standards, improving scalability and reducing operational costs. • Drive the future of infrastructure automation by establishing Infrastructure as Prompt as a strategic capability within our platform. • Design and establish governance guardrails for our Azure networking platform that can evolve into Azure Policies, Blueprints and enterprise governance standards. • Develop innovative concepts that enable decentralized network management without compromising security.

• Design and scale Microsoft Entra ID Governance by implementing Access Reviews, defining governance processes together with business stakeholders and building script-based automation to roll out governance capabilities consistently across a decentralized Microsoft Entra environment. • Engineer secure workload identity services by automating the lifecycle of Service Principals, certificates, secrets and federated credentials, integrating directly with Azure Key Vault and ensuring every solution follows Least Privilege principles from day one. • Design and implement modern self-service capabilities for Service Principals, Entra Groups and delegated administration, enabling engineering teams to work independently without unnecessary ownership or excessive permissions. • Review and optimize Azure RBAC, Entra RBAC, application permissions, Microsoft Graph permissions and OAuth consent models to continuously reduce excessive privileges, strengthen identity governance and improve Redcare’s cloud identity security posture. • Build identity monitoring and detection capabilities to proactively identify expiring credentials, permission misuse and guardrail violations using Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Kusto Query Language (KQL). • Support the automation of Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes with HRIS as single source of truth for identity.
