Manager, Commercial Real Estate Auction Services

• Lead and optimize the full lifecycle of commercial real estate and auction transactions, including onboarding, due diligence coordination, marketing strategy, auction preparation, and transaction negotiations. • Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across real estate and auction workflows. • Manage daily operations of a diverse, multi-state portfolio of institutional and privately owned commercial real estate assets. • Partner with internal teams (legal, compliance, marketing, finance, and auction operations) to ensure seamless transaction readiness and execution. • Oversee portfolio performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement solutions to maximize asset value. • Direct auction operations, including scheduling, asset listing preparation, vendor coordination, and post-auction transaction management. • Monitor market trends to inform pricing strategy, portfolio positioning, and operational planning. • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing strategic updates, insights, and recommendations. • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports to internal leaders, clients, and external stakeholders. • Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience managing high-volume national real estate portfolios.
  • Extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including auction operations.
  • Proven success leading operations in multi-state or national real estate environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
  • Expertise in managing client relationships and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
  • Preferred Skills Experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Auction Operations.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in environments with shifting priorities and fast-moving deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and workflow-optimization abilities.
  • Ability to interpret market data and incorporate insights into portfolio and auction strategy.
