• Leverage third-party catastrophe models to obtain estimates of catastrophe risk of Arch Re's cedents. • Justify and explain the CAT model outputs and ensure that they are reasonable and correct. • Generate other reports to give a complete picture of the cedents' catastrophe exposure. • Handle with minimal supervision the cat pricing of reinsurance submissions. • Apply machine‑learning methods (e.g., similarity scoring and clustering) to clean, align, and analyze large exposure datasets—producing reliable, decision‑ready insights. • Produce concise analytics artifacts—written reports/summaries, interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, etc.), and reproducible notebooks (Python/R).

• Conducts corporate research using internet and other research tools • Enters and updates data in the firm’s conflicts database • Analyzes information provided with new matter requests for compliance with firm policies • Reviews conflict of interest reports for new firm matters • Assists with resolution strategies and outreach to impacted attorneys • Reviews engagement letters for new clients • Reviews new matter scope communications • Assists Conflicts Director, Manager and Assistant Manager with the training of new Conflicts Information Specialists • Assists with issues associated with special projects such as bankruptcies • Participates in testing and development activities associated with the Conflicts Department

• Conducting internal audits to assess effectiveness of internal controls • Identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with policies and regulations • Participate in business process and IT walkthroughs to identify key controls • Test key controls and monitor remediation activities • Evaluate and improve technology-enabled business processes • Drive measurable process improvements and enhance internal controls • Collaborate with management to monitor remediation plans and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations

• Build and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts for contact center and pharmacy operations across multiple workflows/teams. • Identify business drivers influencing volume trends (e.g., demand, seasonality, marketing, and product launches). • Translate forecasts into actionable capacity and staffing plans that balance efficiency, service levels, and budget goals. • Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to align hiring plans and resource needs with business growth. • Analyze trends, variances, and real-time data to improve forecast accuracy and support operational decisions. • Develop dashboards and reports that communicate insights and recommendations to leadership. • Support scenario modeling for new programs, process changes, or technology enhancements. • Collaborate with Workforce Management and Product/Engineering teams to optimize systems and forecasting tools. • Contribute to building scalable, data-driven processes that enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
