• Develop and expand the company's presence in the Brazilian market; • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new clients and strategic partners; • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities; • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle; • Act as the company's representative in Brazil with clients, suppliers, and business partners; • Support the development and execution of the business plan for Brazil; • Work closely with the international headquarters to implement commercial strategies and market development initiatives; • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities; • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, both in Brazil and abroad; • Prepare periodic reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and market opportunities; • Coordinate shipments, import/export documentation, and international logistics processes; • Contribute to the growth of the Brazilian operation and to the future development of a local team.

• Asset Master Data Management and Cleanup: Organize, update, and maintain the asset master database in SAP PM, ensuring correct equipment structure and hierarchy. • Master Data Standardization and Quality: Ensure the quality and consistency of asset information, including technical descriptions, manufacturers, models, classes, and other attributes. • Support for Reports and Technical Analyses: Assist in the preparation and updating of reports in SAP PM, providing data for performance and asset history analyses. • Updating KPIs and Dashboards: Keep databases, indicators, and dashboards up to date to support monitoring of equipment performance. • Asset Lifecycle Management: Perform record updates related to equipment commissioning, decommissioning, and additions from new projects.

• Respond to requests for the creation of new documents and review of implemented documents, taking into account the issues that prompted the need for document creation or revision (CAPAs, Change Controls and/or associated Quality Deviations, etc.). • Ensure compliance with approval matrices for each document type, guaranteeing the correct assignment of focal points and the applicable departments for drafting, review, and approval of documents. • Ensure adherence to document approval dates as scheduled in the respective Change Controls. • Support management of document workflows by performing follow-ups with responsible parties to ensure maintenance and progress of the process. • Close actions under your responsibility in the company's computerized system in accordance with the criteria established in procedure. • Support onboarding of new employees regarding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices. • Support the delivery of trainings related to activities managed by Quality Assurance. • Assist Documentation and Training QA analysts with other departmental activities.

• Prepare change controls and review documents based on quality standards and applicable legislation, providing technical support across all company areas for the development of new products, portfolio maintenance and/or problem resolution • Ensure all executed processes comply with current procedures, standards and regulations, reporting non-conformities using quality tools such as CAPAs, RIs and CMs when necessary • Govern analytical development documentation through drafting, review and implementation, as well as updating documents in company systems according to established procedures • Consolidate the rationale for analytical dossiers for registration and post-registration by performing technical reviews of documents such as methods, specifications, analytical validations, technical reports and stability reports, among others, prior to submission to the regulatory affairs area to ensure documentation quality • Report detected quality non-conformities/deviations to management, providing relevant information for evaluation and decision making.

• Management and follow-up of strategic meetings: Attend meetings with the executive leadership, prepare agendas and executive minutes, assign responsibilities and deadlines, monitor deliverables, and ensure execution of next steps. • Organization and management of the director's email: Set up automated rules, filter relevant communications, remove unnecessary automated emails, and optimize the information flow for strategic prioritization. • Management and preliminary review of contracts: Read and screen contracts prior to signature, identify points of concern, liaise with the legal department when necessary, and ensure alignment with company guidelines. • Executive support and assistance with strategic personal matters: Monitor contracts and personal commitments linked to the director (e.g., management of lease agreements), ensuring control, organization, and tracking of deadlines and payments.
